“This laundry service is pleasant and professional. It is located a block away from the Hotel Royal Hoi An Danang on the road that follows the river. It is in the same building as the Riverside Spa (same business). The laundry is reasonably priced and has normal wash or wash with ironing for 24 h turnaround. We chose the express wash with 4 hour turnaround (no ironing) and they delivered the wash to the hotel. Through WhatsApp they let me know all their policies and also took photos of our clothes of pre-existing stains. They wash whites separately from colors. They even asked me if there was any laundry that could not go into the dryer and that was lucky for me because I had one linen dress that I had to tell them about. Our laundry arrived on time - we were notified by WhatsApp - and was neatly packaged and folded. I was so impressed with the high level of service!”
